Planning & feeding of materials based on the production sequence & plan. Maintain of inventory in term of hours of production as per the derived norms

Zero down time loss in material feeding to production Maintaining FIFO system in the shop floor

Monitoring of non-moving and slow moving stock items and following just in time (JIT) Method of feeding

Co-ordination for engineering order (EO change parts with vendor and controlling the old parts stock
