PROPERTY ENGINEER, JOZU LLC; WOODSIDE, CA — 2008-2019

I had various duties. I was responsible for maintaining the safety and efficiency of water filtration equipment for a 90,000,000 gallons lake. The inspection of equipment and maintenance of boilers, compressors, Lurton and Lite Touch lightening systems, and all electrical systems primarily at a 44 acre property, also travelled for worked out of state properties, including . Maintenance of Carrier 30 ton chiller, Parker and Laars boilers, for heating and cooling hydronic water systems. On call 24/7 for any and all issues that emerged on the property. Supplied over the phone trouble shooting for a vast array of issues. I performed under water electrical with scuba gear. Have experience with solar technology.
