Responsible for managing all the financial functions of the company, including financial reporting, IT, accounts receivable, accounts payable, audits, payroll, HR, purchasing, cash flow, inventory and budgeting.

● Prepared monthly Financial Statements along with a variance report, key ratios, and an updated fixed asset listing. This was communicated to the appropriate senior management team and Corporate members.

● Actively supervised a team of 10 team members in Pricing, Purchasing, IT, Accounts receivable/payable, Credit, Human Resources, Payroll, and Invoicing.

● Responsible for working directly with brokers for all insurance coverage and all employee benefits.

● Lead the efforts each year with the outside CPA firm to ensure the timely and accurate completion of the annual audit.

● Responsible for establishing our true cost to manufacture all items and to set the pricing of those items.

● Lead a team of 5 team members in purchasing, accounts receivable/payable, HR and pricing. Managed all credit and collection processes on behalf of the company.

● Completed all payroll along with paying/filing all appropriate payroll tax returns.

● Prepared the year-end tax return for the company.

● Lead the annual renewal of all insurance coverage including General Liability, Property and Casualty, Umbrella, Auto, Workers’ Compensation and all employee benefits.

● Prepared the annual budget.
