Job Tasks:

Documentation of all safety related write –ups, e.g. health and safety risk matrices, checklist, investigation reports, near miss, dangerous occurrences, inspection, audits, accident reports, man hours, lost time injury(LTI), including monthly or yearly safety statistics

Job Tasks:

Ensure that the relevant safety instructions, signs and symbols, HSE policy, general site HSE rules & regulations, emergency evacuation procedures with emergency contact telephone numbers updated HSE statistic board, HSE notice boards etc, are readily available at the safety office.

Plan and conduct HSE, induction training for all new entrants, in-house HSE training programs, emergency drills, and housekeeping campaign, on need basis.

Conduct HSE meeting (weekly/ monthly) at the site and participate in the Client’s HSE meetings.

Assist execution teams for preparing job Hazard analysis.

Advise on safeguarding dangerous equipment, machines and installations.
