Melisa Uhles worked for my Mother, Lora Ashley, from July 2019 through March of 2020.
Her duties during this period included the following:
Assisted with transferring Mother from her bed, walker, kitchen chair, recliner and eventually her wheelchair
Prepared meals and fed Mother if needed
Assisted with dressing, bathing and fingernail/toenail maintenance
Provided daily physical therapy exercises
Assisted with toilet and continent issues
Assisted with taking medicines in the morning and night
Cleaned the house weekly
Assisted with family member transportation
Made sure pets were fed twice per day
Melisa was able to create a bond with my Mother during her tenure which greatly assisted with providing Mother mental support as well as the physical support described above. Melisa was a good caregiver. We would definitely rehire Melisa if the family was in need of a caregiver. My Mother passed away April 19, 2020.
