1.Presently working with S & T Group of Companies from February 2019 to till date as Manager - HR at Corporate office.

2.The Acetech Machinery Components India Pvt Ltd from April 2018 to January 2019 date as Manager HR.

Professional Training -- HR HOUSE:

Completed the corporate practical oriented training with hands on experience in HR Generalist areas covering –Core HR Domain Areas, Manpower Planning, Recruitment Process Training & Development, Policy Framing and Implementation, Compensation & Benefits.

Job Profile:

Recruitment and Selection :

Creating manpower plans and recruitment plan in close coordination with line managers .

Sourcing the profiles from both internal and external sources. (Job Portal and employee referrals, Consultants)

Screening Resume/CVs to filter out candidates depending up on the requirements.

Short listing the candidate for the requirement.

Work closely with headhunters on crucial requirements.

Coordinating the interview salary fitment and closing positions within assigned deadlines.

Conducted back – ground and referral checks prior to induction.

Explanation of terms of employment to the newly recruits

Completing Formalities for selected Candidates (taking up Employment forms, Receiving Certificates & Issuing Acknowledgement form for certificates etc...),Issuing appointment letters and ID Cards to the new Staffs within 7days.

Issuing to them their Job profile and explaining their Roles & Responsibilities in the Organization.

Induction & Training as per ISO Standards:

Organizing induction programs for all new recruits on every month.

Inviting nominations, coordinating with internal and external presenters and trainers to draw-up an agenda and finally executing the program.

Ensure that the new recruit gets acquainted with the varied functions, processes and policies of the organization.

Execution of training plans, Training feedback analysis.

Coordination of internal training programs and knowledge sharing events.

Maintaining Training Records & Attendance of Participants

Updating Training Records in Individual Staff’s Personal files.

Time Office:

Monitoring Time Office during morning hours.

Processing daily attendance, same will be uploading in the Payroll system for process

Updating leave records, permission slips OT details into the System.

Payroll:

To Verify & Modify the monthly attendance in the software.

Checking the attendance in manual also.

Verifying new joinees data bank.

Updating the Deductions - canteen, medical insurance, loan, LIC, IT, fines, etc. and

Additions - OT, allowances, incentives, in HRMS.

Updating increment details in staff’s personal files and maintenance of records.

Preparing and issuing confirmation orders.

Performance Management

Coordinated with business team on end to end cycle of performance appraisal

Implemented appraisal tools like Competency Mapping, Goal Setting, KRA, & KPI.

Implemented periodical appraisal for bottom level employees.

Formulating & implementing traditional assessment through manual appraisal.

Collecting feedback on performance of employees from department heads.

Compiling and disbursement of motivational rewards and recommend for increments.

Guiding employees on improving productivity.

Find out the training needs and providing proper training to improve the performance.

Industrial Relation & Employee Engagement Activities

Initiating Disciplinary action towards Absenteeism, Late Attendance and other Labour Misconducts.

Implementing Employee’s support scheme and Reward system.

Ensuring safety and welfare provisions.

Conducting extra-curricular activities for employees.

Maintaining Labour Records as per TN rules under Shops & Est. Act, EPF, ESI & Bonus Act.

Dealing With Local Issues.

Compensation and Benefits:

Every year conducting a Compensation survey to make the compensation on par with market rate.

Analyzing the direct and indirect compensation, to know the reality of the employee.

Every 3 years once CTC,break up will be reviewed for the market standards.

Survey has been conducted to know to find out create or fine tune employee retention strategy.

Exit Maintenance:

Receiving Resignation letters with approval of HODs, General Manager.

Conducting Exit Interview, analyzing the causes and submit the report to the management.

Taking back their ID cards, checking Leave desk and doing proper settlements.

Taking up Manpower Requisition form from the Respective Heads and looking for other Candidates in Data Bank.

General Admin:

Cafeteria Management and Vendor management.

Responsible for Housekeeping & Security Management.

Providing mobile connections.

Ticket booking.

Additional Responsibilities:

Conducting & Rescheduling Internal Audit.

Organizing MRM Meeting and updating the status to Management.
