Machinist / Precision Machine/Andritz Hydro – Lewiston, ID Precision Machine is no longer in business. It was bought out and moved to Spokane Valley by Andritz Hydro.

Machined daily in a busy shop. Maintain and upkeep shop while creating a safe work environment. Dedication to working past required hours when necessary to complete job successfully.

Efficiently operate lathe, horizontal boring machine, vertical boring machine, hardness tester, all necessary applications, milling machines, and drill press. Portable line boring machine, milling machines, flange facers. Qualified welder, not currently certified. Strongest in Large lathe and mill work.

Excellent ability to study sample parts, blue prints, drawings and engineering information to determine methods and sequence of operation and fabrication of product.

Precise and accurately machine small and large parts to tolerances of .001 or less. Quality Control on high tolerance threads American National, acme, metric, Buttress, and rope threads with thread Micrometers and wires.

Andritz Hydro. Manufacturing and refurbishing turbine parts, runners, stators, servo-motors, wicket gates, and many components for several dams on the west coast. Just completed some turbine shafts and the hardware for them.

Recently moved back to my home in Lewiston due to a family illness. Would like to continue machining etc… here in my hometown.
