Coordination with Corporate Principals, Internal Legal Counsel, and Land Acquisition/Real Estate Director senior staff to assess the viability of potential development opportunities/sites.

Identify, assess and address the Client, site specific development design requirements as well as the unique development/redevelopment challenges associated with each individual site.
