2. I am writing to apply for Payroll Manager job at this company. I am confident that with my experience and skilled can help run smoothly operation of the company.
3. For your information, I have work with Agrobank before this as an admin officer and with several company in administration and managements environment also in Information Technology job. My task related in handling documentation, preparing a report, manage and record all administration work, Server management, computer and networking troubleshooter.
4. An additional, I also have an ability and experience in payroll management when working as Payroll Officer such as attendance data collection (online/offline), salary calculations; month end salary, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, OT calculation, allowance, incentive, increment record, leaves record, etc. I have developed my own Excel VBA system to collect data and calculate monthly wages and a simple apps (appssheet) to help me manage daily attendance of employee. This is integrated (sync) together all in one using cloud system. I am also using google sheet (online) to manage daily attendance data which is auto sync with my Excel Payroll System that can easily update for use in month end salary calculation. All system that I have developed is semi-auto that can help running smooth payroll duties. I also have developed Mail Merge Word for softcopy/hardcopy time card cover up to 500 (not limit on that) employees for the purpose of data recording/reporting. This is included an employee payslip. All this build in one database with one master system files.
