DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I pick up each call with a friendly tune and create conducive atmosphere for the caller to explain in details why he or she has called.
I use telephone to reach out to customers and verify about our product
Assist with placement of orders, refund or exchange
Resolve customer’s complains via phone, email, mail or social media
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone
You take order online/telephones.
Make sure others placed by customer well understood
Dispatch the other placed to the chef of the brand
Follow up and make sure its prepared accordingly
Follow up the rider/driver for delivery purpose and make sure it gets to the customer and they are pleased.
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
