4. Maintain contact and call for updates 1-2 weeks before the wedding day. 5. Coordinate vendor arrivals and deliveries.

6. Ensuring all the vendors have everything the couple has ordered and are all in perfect condition.

- Set them up to the couples specifications

• Prevent expensive mistakes (rushed items or unnecessary changes)

• Be the Peace Maker (through the entire process - not just the wedding day!)

• Organize and Coordinate the wedding day Timeline.

• Set up everything for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day.

• Make sure the day is going as scheduled/on time.

• Ensure wedding party is on time and in the right place(s).

• Solve any last minute emergencies.

• Instruct wedding party when to walk and how.

• Coordinate with the DJ to ensure correct timing for entrance and exit for the ceremony, entrance to the reception, send off, etc.
