Palace of Justice (Court complex), Kuwait City

Avenue Phase –IV extension (commercial complex & hotels), Kuwait Park & Ride (metro Parking), Riyadh, Saudi

Role:

Monitoring the project as a designer & consultant. Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects. Prepare interior design concept layout plan for office, residential & hotel. Facilitating development of project in specific regard to Architectural Scope of Work, budget and schedule. Ensuring effective preparation of Architectural and Engineering Contract Documents, following established Office Standards. Assures the overall strategy for producing documents and organizing data will be followed. This includes incorporating elements in a Building Information Model (BIM).
