Pro-bono clinic that serves Winston Salem’s uninsured and underinsured in conjunction with the Community Care Clinic of Winston Salem. Provided direct patient care in outpatient/ortho setting including evaluation, patient education and therapeutic exercise to some of the communities most complicated orthopedic patients. Organize, schedule and staff of patients, student volunteers and faculty mentors. Helped design and implement exercise protocols for numerous OP/Ortho conditions
Comp Rehab Spine (WFUBMC) - Winston Salem, NC 10/19/09 - 12/03/09
Clin Ed V rotation at a busy outpatient clinic associated with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Primarily treated patients for spine related problems, mostly Low back Pain and Cervical Neck Pain, but also treated general OP/Ortho patients.
