Subject: Communications Manager

I hope all is well despite these unsettling times. It is with considerable interest that I enclose my résumé in response to your posting for an internal communications leader. I have developed and executed integrated executive, internal, and change communications programs across all channels, including print, web, video, social, and live events.

I have a passion for engaging and inspiring employees; after all, employees drive the brand promise. I have successfully developed and deployed internal communications strategies that bring employees closer to the brand. From strategy development to tactical execution, I have helped to enhance the employee experience and elevate the employer value proposition, influencing positive cultural change by developing, deploying, and actively managing open employee communications practices and establishing effective and creative communications approaches to increase workforce understanding of and engagement with key institutional initiatives. Furthermore, my experience spans the entire spectrum of the transformation and culture change discipline, encompassing the design, development, and implementation of change management communications programs across impacted theaters, including building partnerships and ambassador networks, aligning program activities with institutional goals and strategic direction, and defining stakeholder value propositions and success metrics. I have worked with leaders and subject matter experts—including sales, HR, finance, risk, treasury, IT, data, legal, compliance, regulatory relations, corporate marketing and communications, and product development and distribution—across complex, matrix organizations to tap into the human side of change: the organization’s culture, values, people, and behaviors that must change to deliver required business outcomes.

I am confident that I would make an immediate and lasting contribution to On Lok. I therefore welcome the opportunity for a personal interview to delve into the complexities of the position and to discuss my qualifications further. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. Take care and be safe, with warm regards,

Peter P. Speliopoulos
