Jazara -Saudi Arabia - Construction Manager
Construction of 400,000 villas within the Kingdom over six cities. Studied material inventories to determine what work schedules could be attained utilizing both in Kingdom and foreign suppliers. Review in country labor force to determine if sufficient to meet deadlines imposed, taking in consideration time required to obtain block visas. Reviewed construction techniques from around the world to ascertain methods of construction to meet tight deadlines, constructability and quality of each. Project cut short due to cut back by Government and remodel of original scope to meet adjusted contract requirements
April 2015 to July 2018
Toyo USA – Construction Manager
Construction of a $1.4 billion ethane cracker unit, construction of all civil works consisting of 7000 piles, 23-acre detention pond, underground piping, structural steel erection, deep foundations, ring road and 8 ea secondary roads, concrete pours for foundations . Mandated to move to QC department in second year as QC Chief over all civil activities. Continued on with both QC,civil oversight and management.
September 2013 to March 2015
TAQA - Construction Manager
In Kurdistan, Iraq constructed central processing facility, oilfield pads, and camps in mountains below the border of Turkey. Constructed pipeline over mountains as well as flow lines to and from well sites, 200 man camp and all facilities associated with this construction. Dealt with locals daily and local content contractors, prepared ROM for various sites and construction, scouted sites for new well pads in rough mountainous terrain, prepared winterization program for mountain sites including flash floods and snow removal, planned and scheduled projects.

Marathon Oil Kurdistan, Iraq - Construction Manager
Oversight of all construction projects:
Harir Mountain: Assisted in preparation of tender, worked with procurement to issue RFP, performed technical evaluation on tender, constructability reviews of all projects, issued ROM’s, worked with engineer to obtain drawings fit for purpose, controlled cost and invoicing, contracted management of multi-national contractors, worked with village Mutars and government agencies and representatives of MNR. Project consisted of 15.6 km new road over the mountain, drill camp pads, OPF camps, water ponds, flare pits and misc. items associated with oilfield exploration in existing mine fields. Severe winter conditions to start, increased production and gained substantial time to completion
Safen Mountain: Assisted in preparation of tender, worked with procurement to issue RFP, performed technical evaluation on tender, constructability reviews of all projects, issued ROM’s, worked with engineer to obtain drawings fit for purpose, controlled cost and invoicing, contracted management of multi-national contractors, worked with village Mutars and government agencies and representatives of Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR). This project consisted of 15km of roadway, 260,000 m3 rock blasting and removal, construction of OPF/drill camp working through 18 ea existing mine fields.
Mirawa: Assisted in preparation of tender, worked with procurement to issue RFP, performed technical evaluation on tender, constructability reviews of all projects, issued ROM’s, worked with engineer to obtain drawings fit for purpose, controlled cost and invoicing, contracted management of multi-national contractors, worked with village Mutars, government agencies and representatives of MNR. This project consisted of drill pad, OPF/living quarters and mini-camp and CSR projects.

AECOM Arabia, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – Senior Construction Manager
Construction Lead on Al Samer Dam & Stormwater Control - $70,000,000.00. Enhancement of existing dam structure and new-build of 3 km, 42m wide storm water channel with a total schedule period of 197 days. Delivered on time.
Together with the employer, provided control and coordination of the project from inception to completion
Established a realistic project master program (seeking and evaluating opportunities to improve it)

The development was successfully delivered on schedule, leased and occupied to 100% capacity with the additions of retail, hospitality/restaurants, local municipal long term leases, and a local business center. The entire development was successfully sold in 2005 for profit.

Acadian Shipyard, Inc. - President
Acadian Shipyard, Inc. was involved in the construction and repair of marine vessels including barges, tugboats, offshore supply and shipping vessels. ASI also performed gas-freeing and specialty steel fabrication for inland and offshore oil industry. Within my time as President, I reorganized and streamlined key business line processes and protocols including the existing repair division and a new construction division resulting in reduced overall overhead. As a direct result of my leadership and implementation of new management strategies, the company was able to double its sales volume of six million dollars plus annually. This resulted in the owners being able to successfully sell the company in 2001 for profit. My key responsibilities included:
