Responsibilities

I start out as an tester where we test products that come back from the customer to make sure it is a bad. I learn how to troubleshoot my unit while testing the unit and paid attention to the unit that i am testing and make sure the test machine is hook up good. I learn how to hook up my test machine for all the products that i be testing. Now I am a receiver i process all the products in from the customer and put all the products in the correct location in our system that call shop floor so we can location the products in each area it goes to. I inspect the products when it came in and take pictures of the product if the product was the wrong unit sent in or damage when it come in. if the product only need to be upgrade in the system and go straight to test. I can upgrade it in the system and it will go straight to test for the tester and put in the test shelf and shop floor of the location of the product. As a receiver go to make sure all RMA on the box is correct and match the address. if not match have to email Capssupport2 for them to get in touch with the customer or for them to fix the products for me to process the unit in.

As a tester I learn how to test the products and make sure it a true defect of the products, I learn how to test different kinds of products that was return back from the customer. also I learn how to get a long with co workers on the job so I can get my work done but talking I was shy at first but no anymore I get along with everyone at the job also I went from being a tester to a receiver where the product come back from the customer and I inspect the unit and receive the unit in and put the unit on the right location so the product can be process through all the correct step.
