Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Inline and Final inspection in factory producing of Ralph Lauren product.

IN LINE INSPECTION: Always Required. An In Line inspection is an audit which takes place any time during the course of bulk production. The purpose of which is to ensure an early read on quality and ensure appropriate corrective action, if needed, before all product has been produced

FINAL INSPECTION: An AQL audit that takes place once all production has been completed and product is ready to exit the factory. The purpose of a final inspection is to ensure goods meet quality, aesthetic and packing requirements prior to product being shipped.

• Make a report thru online (QCI system) by RL Company after inline and final inspection done.

• Review all product file and approved samples that meets RL requirement comparing to finished bulk production.

• Report all qualiy issues encounter on factory and work to RL QA lead manager and Newtimes QA manager for documentation.

• Work to factory for quality improvement of product conform to RL standard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Conduct final inspection but subjected to Polo QA specialist re-audit

prior shipment of goods.

. Perform in-line inspection in behalf of Polo QA specialist (from

fabric inspection, cutting, embroidery, sewing, washing and

finishing), using Polo's prescribed method of inspection. Fill up in-

line inspection form and attach to inspection files with copy to the

factory.

. Any discrepancies or quality issues found during final and in-line

inspections will be discuss to Polo QA on site and highlight it the

Final Auditor

Job Function: To familiarize the quality production process from fabric

inspection down to finishing section.

1. Finishing

- Check the pressing requirement.

- Monitor the garments measurement and appearance after press.

- Check the over all appearance of the folded garment.

- Check the accessories required.

2. Washing

- Check the garments color/ shading, hand feel, and abraision

using the sleeve panel approved by Polo QA specialist or

buyer.

- Check the measurement if meets Polo size specification.

3. Sewing

- Audit the bundle being sewn per operation to check the sewing

tension and quality, once the quality is poor address the

problem to the sewing supervisor.

- Check the garments construction/ styling if meets Polo

requirements.

- Measure full size set finish garment if meet Polo size

specification.

4. Embroidery

- Check the machine tension and the required thread to be used.

- Ensure laid panels are free of tension and guides per size

must be properly set.

5. Cutting

- Ensure that the required fabric is the one being laid and

fabric matching, direction, facing, and way are also check.

- Check the center line if the fabric is checkered using the

top center. Observed if pinning is properly done and no pin

lies inside any garment parts.

- Check the laid fabric if the edges are aligned and free of

tension.

- Counter check if the marker is properly placed based on

required matching, center line, and fabric direction, design

and way are compared.

- Random checkof bundled cut goods if continues numbering is

correct just to avoid off shaded parts.

- Each stocks are check on top, middle and bottom pieces

against paper pattern.

6. Fabric

- Check color if meets Polo required standard using the lab

dips, top center and sleeve panel.

- Check fabric shrinkage using the 18" x 18" template and

percent shrinkage ruler.
