PATIENT CARE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Take over the patient from previous duty staff.
Making a clean bed, prepare the ward and arrange the emergence trolley. Maintenance of good nurse patient relationship.
Giving total care of the patient in ward, wound care, give preventive measure from bed sore.
Care of patient in emergency condition
Administration of therapeutics after safety checkup Monitoring vital signs and maintaining input output charting. Meeting physical, social, physiological spiritual rehabilitative needs of client. Maintaining records and reports.
Supervision and orientation of student and new trainees. Follow up treatment.
Providing pre-operative and cost operative care for client. Care of client with colostomy ileostomy, ICD and other drainage tube. Co-ordinate work of a health care team.
