Experience

Regional Operations Manager—Footprint Retail Services Aug. 2018 – Present

Responsibilities:

Oversee/Manage a regional network of sub-contracting installation entities based in 5 states, (Wisconsin, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, California) covering a span of 9 states in the Upper Midwest, South, and Southwest).

Conducting field audits of completed work and warehouse inventory.

Maintain network self-auditing program with an annual evaluation of that network process.

Consulting with customers and FPRS National Client Service Account Managers on current and upcoming regional and national projects.

Developing the testing of new installation projects. Once this information is gathered the project is implemented.

Sourcing new installation companies for new or existing territories. Establishing on or off-site training for the owner/operator. Processing all the new start up information, such as the Contractor Profile, Zip Code transfer of work orders, and the update of the FPRS on-line reporting system for the network (Extranet).

Communicating with the network on a daily basis by means of cell phone, e-mail, and conference calls. Conference calls consist of reviewing all projects, reporting timelines, and network capacity for upcoming installations.

Impact:

Assisted in the creation and led the implementation/day-to-day management of a newly created Expense System Software, utilized by sub-contracting companies and Footprint Retail Services. Creating a streamlined and efficient process in terms of communicational and Financial goals. This replaced a paper- based process that proved be out of date.

Solely manage a Roster system of 500+ installers' Nationwide, including the oversight and approval based on provided Background Checks', Drug Screenings', among other contractually obligated requirements.

Achievements:

Youngest Regional Operations MGR in company history, with most employees, with same title, more than 20yrs., my senior.

Field Operations Coordinator—Footprint Retail Services May 2018 – Aug. 2018

Responsibilities:

Created and updated daily reports for internal review using PivotTables, Data Validation, Heat Maps, and other tools to analyze daily reports via Microsoft Excel.

Provided field assistance in reference to oversight and installation labor help.

Communicated and worked directly with sub-contracting network in regard to daily completions of installation jobs for a variety of projects for many different customers' nationwide.

Impact:

Spearheaded training of system overhaul and improvements to internal and external software programs used daily by corporate office and sub-contracting companies

Installation Coordinator Intern—Footprint Retail Services Mar. 2016 – Aug. 2017

Responsibilities:

Created/opened repair orders, and delegated relative information too necessary individuals

In charge of Dr. Scholl's project's day-to-day Service Center Operations

Worked with installers/ Project MGR to solve onsite installation issues, with proper documentation.

Worked primarily with many detailed business internal computer programs.

Photo QC on computer.

Sole Call Center Representative for overnight shift (6pm-4am)

First line of communication, and would problem solve with install teams' onsite at an install.
