I am a seasoned Labor and Employee Relations consultant and trainer. I have vast experience serving in Human Resource Management positions for many Federal agencies. I successfully served as Chief Negotiator on term and mid-term negotiations. I am a subject matter expert on labor law including Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Reasonable Accommodations and Worker’s Compensation. I have provided training to thousands of managers on Employee and Labor Relations topics and EEO practices, resulting in huge monetary savings to the organization. I am experienced in resolving conflict including workplace violence prevention. I use my mediation skills to effectively bring parties back to the table, resolve issues to an acceptable outcome and leave the organization in a better state.
