I am a hardworking individual who takes direction well, and who also can take the initiative and be self-directed. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in many fields. If I don’t k ow exactly what’s going on I’m not afraid to ask questions. I am a fast learner and catch on pretty quickly.

I am a very knowledgeable person. I have a lot of experience in different areas. Between life and school. My experience in the many job fields has given exceptional experience in manybareas for law. Many real life scenarios. My internship also gave me as much hands on as it could. My life experiences in family and matrimonial law has worked to my advantage. I have experience in environmental law with my families property in the southern tier. Tax law for doing personal taxes and business taxes for forfriends and famiky. Construction law and correcting contractors wrongs legally. I am a eealth of knowledge and experience. Like most people I just need a shot to prove my worth and self. The growth and experience the the Unites States Marine Corps instilled in me at a young age has also helped shape and drive my character even more as the person I am today.

The background of my studies was preparing for law school and politics. Reading court cases and understanding how the Supreme Court came to the decisions. The political side was for learning how to understand other people’s logic of thinking. While learning and understanding the global economy.

SUMMER 1997

Maintenance Man, JIMS TRUCK PLAZA

Janitorial services, sweeping and mopping, changing garbage’s, cleaning lavatories, cleaning food service machines. Changing prices on the fuel prices for Diesel islands and fuel islands.

SUMMER 1998, 1999

PRODUCTION PERSONEL,

Production of Kayak Pool Fences. Was given weekly orders that had to be made by hand, then packaged to ship out to the locations. Production line for metal stamping machines, punching holes for drainage in door sills for commercial door frames. Making sure the measurements were within 1/16 of an inch of tolerance.

9/1999 – 5/2000

SALES/STOCK, BUGLE BOY

Retail chain that I was a team member with the duties of cashing out customers, managing my cash drawer of monies to make sure it stayed under a certain amount. Counting money for transactions and not shorting the drawer from cash exchanges. Unloading the truck of new clothing. Facing the displays, which is folding the clothing and straightening the items that were hanging.

6/2000 – 3/2001

STOCK, LOADING/ UNLOADING, CUSTOMER SERVICE, BRAND NAMES

Started as a stock puller. Customers would go into Brand Names; they would fill out a piece of paper of the items that they wanted. It would then be handed to the back and the requests would be pulled and taken to the front for the cashiers to cash out. If it was small enough the customer would carry it out themselves, or request for sock pullers assistance. Unloading the freight trucks, and putting the goods in the proper locations. Loading the pallets and plastic wrapping them so they didn’t fall apart in transport. Also, loading customer’s cars with the goods that they purchased. Customer service was answering phone calls of customer’s inquiries about items.

3/2001 – 6/2002

STOCK, CARRY OUT, WRAPPING ASSISTANT, JCPENNEY

Duties were looking for products in the warehouse for all departments. Carrying down and out the items for the customer, assisting them in loading them into their vehicle. As a wrapping assistant, I would wrap the gifts for the people that wanted it done, then cash them out for that service.

7/2002 – 8/2003

CASHIER, NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER, WILSON FARMS

Duties as a cashier were to keep coffee fresh, properly cash out customers. Keep a clear and accurate count of money in the drawer. Assist customers with money orders, lottery tickets, cigarettes, and always keeping the front of the store a welcoming place for return. As Night Shift Manager my duties were to ensure the accurate drop of safe money at night for the morning deposit. Accurate count of tobacco every night. Placing orders for shelf items, and beer. Making the store ready for a smooth start-up every morning.

Accountability of staff. Making sure that everybody was up to date on the equipment that was used when it got put into service. Personnel matters and issues handled within the discretion of the senior staff. Monitored new employees to make sure that they followed the rules of the way the workplace. Making sure that all employees under my supervision were held to the highest standard. Diligent training and understanding of all the systems in our job field.

Reading blueprints for where the irrigation was going to be laid out. Operating equipment for loading unloading, moving dirt, grass pallets, PVC pipe, landscaping boulders. Making sure everybody’s hours were correct, handling disciplinary tactics.

SALESMAN, ALAMO CYCLE PLEX

Having knowledge of motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles, I saw an opportunity to sell them to people to hopefully have as much fun as I do on them. I had to have accessible information on all brands of motorcycles, sport bikes, personal watercraft, side by sides, four-wheelers, trailers. We sold everything, so I had to know a lot of information about all units.

2/2009 – 6/2010

LUBE OIL TECH, SERVICE WRITER, STORE MANAGER, MIDAS

Responsibilities were changing rotating tires, changing brakes, minor vehicle maintenance, to extreme vehicle maintenance. Taking everything apart and putting it all back together within secs of the manufacturer. As a service writer, the technician would diagnose what the customer was concerned about. Then I would have to be able to pitch the repairs as a whole and try to sell the customer o it all or piece by piece trying to gain report on the customer to understand their financial situation. All while doing this in a minimal time frame. The owner liked how well I was doing at his one location; he wanted me to go and improve his other locations.

11/2010 – 6/2011

PRESSURE TESTER, PIPE BENDER, COBEY

As a hydro tester, it was my job to hydro pressure test welded stainless steel pipes. After they passed, I would clean them so they could get ready to go onto the unit that they were being assembled for. These were units for companies for Ingersoll and Rand. As a pipe bender, I was to bend stainless steel lines ranging from a quarter of an inch to three-quarters of an inch following a blueprint for how the company designed it, going from one part to another.

9/2011 – 10/2013

APPRENTICE BOILERMAKER, LOCAL 7

Learning how to prep steel for welding, crane operations. OSHA 10 and 30. Basic Crane Operations class. Cleaning and rebuilding of power plants.

11/2013 – 8/2014

ERECTOR, FABRICATOR, CAST INDUSTRIES

Build OSHA approved shelving for warehouses and tire changing companies. Put the proper height uprights then to start putting in the cross members. They could be erected as high as 26 feet tall.

DELIVERY DRIVER, Graybar

Responsibilities were loading my truck with materials for the jobs that ordered materials. I would load my truck with the furthest stop to the closest stop to make it back to the warehouse by noon for lunch. I would use a smart hone for scanning all materials and boxes once delivered. To ensure a true and reliable chain of custody. Pulling material orders in the warehouse for the afternoon runs or just getting ready for the next day’s delivery trucks.

PAINTER, PEPE CONSTRUCTION

Job responsibilities were preparing all surfaces for paint. Sweeping, sanding, taping and painting all stages. Reading blueprints for knowing what walls were getting what color paint, and areas that were not getting any paint. Attention to detail is always imperative when painting residential living spaces.

High pressure high volume sprayer. Painting rail cars with DTM, Epoxy, Latex, and Catalyst. Inside a full paint booth and down draft ventilation system.
