This increased life from 1 year to 3 years without wear/damaging HRCS sectors.

Reduced fugitive dust emission levels from 1500NMg to 870 Nmg by deducting unit suction points modification.

Inspected Kiln Ist&IInd Pier Support Roller Bearings Liners, scrapping and replacement for all 24 bearings of 340 & 400mm size.

Successful in increasing life for Cooler First Grate Plates Tero-Coating (XHD2222 & 9120 eutectic products) & Retention Box from 7 months to 12 months.

Replaced Clinker hammer mill hammers with high chrome hammers which has improved life to 12 months duration including reversal.
