Oversight for warehousing, fleet, and contract freight logistics including operating budgets, capital plan spending, pricing agreements for fuel, warehouse supplies and external vendor partnerships for refrigerated dairy department products. Provide turn-key service from order to delivery with accountability for a team of 5 managers.
Reduced facilities utility spends by creating a 15% ROI to convert Warehouse lighting to LED and installation of unique insulation products to enable the facility to more efficiently maintain a 35-degree environment.
