Professional Achievements

KNB (Kitchens and Bath) Property Fix Partnership between Allstate Insurance Roanoke Operations and the Risk Management Business Center in Ohio to solicit policyholders for residential component information and endorse policy with customer responses. Project is projected to realize over $15 million annually in premium increase. Collaboration with other areas including Imaging in Dallas, Electronic Commerce and the Operations Print Center. In addition we were able to eliminate the need for outside vendors to mail and process response files. The project is a totally in house project. By eliminating outside vendors I understand we saved over 1 million dollars on that piece alone.

Postal Mail Routing Automation Project designed to eliminate the routing and storage of paper documents received in the mail. Built web application to route and distribute work throughout the processing areas. Application provides the ability to record data needed to provide production statistics as well as the ability to view documents stored in EDMS (Electronic Document Management System). Partnered with Imaging, Policy Processing and EDMS to accomplish a more time-saving, accurate process.

ITV (Insure-To-Value) Endorsement Automation and Centralized Database Created a partnership to develop a centralized database for the purpose of providing end-to-end processing for Risk Management Business Center pursuits that required endorsement processing in Allstate Roanoke Operations Policy Processing, eliminating the manual process of communicating work to Roanoke.

Mainframe scheduling via ZEKE, responsible for maintaining the job scheduling database and daily updates to schedules.
