Job Responsibility
Responsible for all the site activities.
• Managing, supervising and leading the team of,
labors and materials on site.
• Insure that all works in the site are implemented and completed as per the approved drawings.
• Follow all the government permits, processes in
Municipality.
• Preparation of the all the B.O.QS regarding to
projects .
• Coordinate with the consultant Engineer for all
activities in the site, and submit the structural
request for ready site activities to Municipality
engineer for inspection.
• Revision all the Architectural and Structural
drawings submitted from Consultant.
• Create the plan Schedule for the project and
Ensure that the project will be completed along
the baseline and in the required date.
• Complete the Closing stage by handling the
project to client.
• Follow all the payroll, accommodation for the
labors .
