May demonstrate and explain correct operation of equipment to medical personnel. May modify or develop instruments or devices, under supervision of medical or engineering staff. May work as salesperson or service engineer for equipment manufacturers or their sales representatives. Can read and interpret electric and electronic schematics and mechanical layouts during diagnosis and repair of equipment. Assembled & diagnosed components of various systems using calibrated test equipment, including power meter, multi meter & signal generator, Safety Analyzer, Electrosurgical Analyzer, Pneumatic Testers. Can read and use electronic instrument like current leakage, power meter, temperature recorder, signal generator, Light intensity meter and oscilloscope.
