Was with Circle A for 10 years, I handled all equipment, also hauled pumps out to the west desert for compass minerals/ gsl at the time. I have been in all the ponds out on the property. And have done some dirt work of building up the dikes as well.

Drove truck and pup, transfers, strongarms, flatbeds hauled equipment.
Hauled road base, dirt rocks boulders and asphalt. I helped the crews out by helping shovel, use roller also help guide trucks into paver.

STARTED AS STACKOFF, MOVED INTO A 4+1 OPERATOR, OPERATED THE CASE PACKER AND MANAGED THE LINE FROM THE OPERATORS DOWN.
MADE BACK UP LEAD IN 2 MONTHS
AND A MONTH LATER I TOOK OVER BEING THE LEAD AND MANAGED 60 TEMP EMPLOYEES.
MADE SURE ALL THE LINES HAD ENOUGH PEOPLE FOR WHAT WE NEEDED.

CHANGED LABELS ON THE MACHINES, MADE SURE THEY WOULD MATCH UP TO THE SPECS, USED CDC TO MANAGE AND ENTER WEIGHTS OF THE PRODUCTS WE WERE RUNNING. HANDLED LEAD PAPERWORK WHEN LEADS CALLED IN AND RAN THE LINE. MADE SURE HAD ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO RUN IT.

CHECKED IN DRIVERS ASSIGNED THEM TO DOORS, PREPAIRED PAPERWORK FOR NEXT DAYS LOADS SO THE LOADERS WOULD HAVE THEIR PICKLISTS. TOOK CARE OF ALL THE BILL OF LADINGS, VERIFIED SEALS ON DROP TRAILERS, AND INCOMING RAW MATERIALS. MADE SURE ALL LOADS WERE SHIPPED CONFIRMED BEFORE END OF SHIFT. CONTACTED QA TO GET ALL THE RELEASES FOR THE LOADS.

INVENTORY CLERK/ LOGISTICS
HANDLED ALL PAPERWORK, MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT FOR THE SOX AUDIT.
INBOUNDS AND OUTBOUND LOADS. BOXED ALL PAPERWORK UP FOR THE WAREHOUSE AND SCHEDULED FOR IRON MOUNTAIN STORAGE TO PICK IT UP.
DID ALL THE MAIN RECEIVING FOR THE PLANT ASMINISTRATOR, AND SOME OF THE MANGERS THROUGHOUT THE PLANT.
DID THE PALLET ORDERING 3 DAYS A WEEK TO MAKE SURE WE HAD ENOUGH PALLETS TO RUN AND PUT OUR PRODUCT ON BY THE SPECS.
MANAGED A LOT OF PAPERWORK PLUS FILED IT ON DAILY BASIS. CHECKED ALL INVENTORY CONTROL PAPERWORK TO MAKE SURE IT WAS ACCURATE.
