<Confidential insurance> QTP Automation Project (2015–Present): Managed multiple Functional and automation projects with size of more than 10 resources. Experience in both small commercial and personal line.
PEGA Projects : Leading multiple PEGA Project for Front Office and Underwriter system.
Project A : BOP GlobalReach : In This project, two new Secondary Broadening were added for all BOP states with the exception of Florida. Endorsements eliminated potential coverage gaps and provide more streamlined approach to writing coverage and allowed agents stronger control of management of the entire account.
Project B : POS Enhancement : Improved the Agent’s experience in POS related to the referral process for Business Insurance lines of business. The improved the Refer to Underwriter screen navigation for BOP, WC and Auto. It also improved the display and organization of messages for the quote making it more apparent why a referral is required.
Project C : BOP Rewrite : In this project we fix some of the issues with BOP forms. We modified 274 forms, added 36 new forms, retired 125 forms and corrected the trigger condition for 6 forms for all applicable states.
Project D : BOP Pricing & Tiering : BOP Pricing & Tiering Replace the existing BOP Profiling company placement rules with a new company placement model which will more accurately assess the risk associated to a BOP new business quote and replace the existing company placement rules from the current AION rules engine. The existing profiling model does not yield accurate results and is too complex and too hard to maintain. The new company placement model is greatly simplified. It is based on ten credit data attributes retrieved from D & B and three policy level data attributes, whereas the existing profiling rules are based upon hundreds of policy, location, and building level rating attributes.
MassMutual Insurance Selenium and QTP Automation Project (2013–2015): Managed multiple automation projects with combined size of more than 30 resources. Managed all aspects of projects right from proposal, SOW/CR, escalation handling, team selection, resource skill enhancement, resource appraisal, confirmation, billing approval etc. to final delivery of project. Managed day to day activities of project, identified risk/issues and taken action to mitigate or work continuity. <Confidential insurance automation> product was developed by third party vendor. Our insurance client use this application (along with other application) to create and maintain insurance policies. Automation of around 1000 functional test cases was implemented in early testing stage.

FML (Cigna) Project (2012-2013): Managed day to day activities of project and keep track in MS project. FML stands for Family Medical Leave. FML project was developed to replace the current extract files from Reed (the vendor) to the FML ODS. This Standard DW feed, generated from Reed’s reporting database, will become the basis of data that will be available to Cigna clients that desire an outbound feed for leave data. The following illustrates the features in scope for release 1. Cigna’s outbound feed capability is expected to evolve over several releases, which will bring in additional data elements from Reed, store data within the FML ODS, provide user interface capabilities for client file set-up, allow integration with Disability claim data, and ultimately route data to the Cigna Group Insurance Data Warehouse. The information contained within this document applies to release 1 of Cigna's Outbound Feed solution.

Agent Front End (AFE) is a web based application which provide Insurance agents with the ability to create and maintain policy information for their custom, which are Auto, Home, Dwelling and Umbrella. Each business line is consist of various rules, company policies, mandatory requirements and government policies. Application uses various services and third party application like CLUE and MSB, to evaluate risk. My responsibilities include supervised offshore team in the conduct of SQA PM daily activities, using top-down approach.
