In Reliance Power Ltd. working as Junior Engineer at Rosa Power supply Co. Ltd., Shahajahanpur (UP) 4X300 MW Main Plant Operation in boiler side and AHP Operation from 14thof march 2011 to 14th march 2012.

Reliance Power Ltd. working as a Executive Engineer at Vidarbha Industries Power Limited, Butibori,NAGPUR (MH) 2X300 MW in Main Plant commissioning &Operation in boiler side from 14th march 2012 to till now.

This unit comprises of 2X1025 TPH coal based Pulverized fired Boiler with reheat cycle and 2X300 MW Steam Turbine & Hydrogen cooled Generator sets Shanghai Electrical company (SEC) China make.

Boiler capacity-1025 TPH, operating Pressure 167 kg/sq.cm & 540 deg. SHANGHAI BOILER WORKS LTD PF Boiler.

Condensing turbine- Shanghai Turbine Works Ltd.

300/353 MW/MVA, Hydrogen cooled Generator made by Shanghai Turbine Generator Co-Ltd.

Boiler Type & Specification- Sub critical, single reheat furnace, natural circulation, coal corner-fired, balanced ventilation, solid slag, medium-speed mill & roller Pulverize type, two tri-section air pre-heaters

Turbine Type & Specification - Super high pressure single reheat & condensing steam turbine single shaft, double cylinder double exhaust steam, and HP & IP combine cylinder with eight extraction’s.

I am a part of the Operations Team of Unit I which is credited with the achievement of continuous operation of the unit for 310 days, which is a record in ADAG group.

Preparing, issue and cancellation of permits during regular operation and unit shutdowns.
