• Started as materials handler to production supervisor supporting production operations, moved to process engineering as Process Engineer supporting end of line assembly to test and finish line – total of 7 years of service. Hired internally to New Product Development (NPD) supply chain department as Sr. Supply Chain Planner which handled end to end planning activities of new products qualification; with heavy involvement on materials (DM, IDM and HW boards) qualifications, products and process, supplier’s sourcing qualification, purchasing and inventory supply and controls until mass production status. Promoted as Sr. Staff (entry level manager) in July 2012.

• Led successful product transition of PSoC devices (Gen.2&3) from new product to mass production in 2012.
