• Led the successful implementation virtual inventory hub and materials inventory transfer (MIT) via SAP and e-WIP system. This minimized the risk in supply disruption and excess inventory.

• Positioned the team expectations on the transformation program from SHAPE Tomorrow projects driven from by CEO which aim on total supply chain transformation mainly driven by market demand competition. Successfully implemented the Control Tower last March 2020 as part of new S&OP process.

• Started as materials handler to production supervisor supporting production operations, moved to process engineering as Process Engineer supporting end of line assembly to test and finish line – total of 7 years of service. Hired internally to New Product Development (NPD) supply chain department as Sr. Supply Chain Planner which handled end to end planning activities of new products qualification; with heavy involvement on materials (DM, IDM and HW boards) qualifications, products and process, supplier’s sourcing qualification, purchasing and inventory supply and controls until mass production status. Promoted as Sr. Staff (entry level manager) in July 2012.

Achievements:

• Led successful product transition of PSoC devices (Gen.2&3) from new product to mass production in 2012.

• Implemented 3 process improvements in EOL Assy and Finished with above $50K US annual cost savings per process improvements. Management of Assets, CAPEX and OPEX investment in captive lines. Achievements:

• Completed 100% subcon business performance review in Q1’2016 and 100% closure of pending actions and improvements in October the same year.
