•Created team of Supply Planners for forecasting and placement of purchase orders, averaging approximately $2.5m.

•Coordinated with CFO and Controller for year-end physical inventory processes for all DCs.
•Strategically implemented procedures with Sales managers to continuously reduce excess and obsolete inventory with a goal of $1m/year.
•Reduced an average of $200k/month of non-conforming inventory through coordination with Quality department on inventory that could be reworked, repurposed or scrapped.
•Improved operations of Special Project department for quality inspection, rework and light assembly production.
•Improved continuous improvement practices for warehouse operations including safety throughout each segment of operations.
•Instrumental in selecting and relocating 3PLs for our distribution in California and Europe locations.
•Successful in selection of new distribution warehouse in California in 2018 and transferring $3.5m of inventory without shutting down operations or OEM customers during peak season.
