JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Develop operational plans to optimize the delivery of services on multi-disciplines sites. Maintain strategic overview on services progress, commercial and technical perspective.

Appraise Management of any site difficulties, such as logistic / non-performance of contractors, plan, deviations, delay, etc., for necessary action.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop, maintain and update periodically Asset Register for all properties owned by the Client.

• Negotiate and ensure the most commercially viable deals in renting spaces.
