The Private Clinic of Harley St, Manchester

I am currently working at The Private Clinic in Manchester City centre.

Within my team we have 10 permanent team members and self employed Surgeons, Doctors and Practitioners.

I work closely with my team to ensure we offer the best patient care and patient experience.

We work hard to achieve 5 star patient reviews while achieving our Clinic revenue targets.

My role cover all aspects of developing a team to succeed in personal development and growing the business and its services.

I work closely with the clinical lead to ensure that we are fully CQC compliant and all the team have completed all mandatory training . During appraisals I discuss personal development and we work together to achieve a training plan.

I also meet with suppliers to gain knowledge and agree contracts.

May 16- July 19 – Learning and Development Business Partner

I am Currently working in the role of Learning and Development Business Partner over two sister companies.

Within the companies there are 25 clinics and 3 hospitals offering Cosmetic and Medical Aesthetic procedures.

My role consists of being involved in all aspects of training across the two businesses, this includes CRM, Contact Centre, Apprenticeships, All Clinic training and facilitating all clinical mandatory training.

I Meet with suppliers to develop training plans and look at new products to help achieve growth in these areas.

I create Induction programmes and coaching for new staff and help support and develop existing staff.

Each new team member will attend a Corporate Induction that I introduced and hold each month.

I meet with all departments regularly to understand the training needs of the business and help support these areas.

May 14 to 16 – Clinic Manager Transform Cosmetic Surgery

Working as a clinic manager in Preston and Carlisle at present. My role consists of managing both clinics and working as a patient coordinator for both surgical and non surgical procedures. Managing all staff in the clinic from admin to medical practitioners. Working closely with patients to make sure we are offering the best possible patient care and the clinic is following CQC standards.

Ensuring we as a team are meeting all targets and KPI set for the clinics and creating a friendly but professional environment for our patients.

April 13 to May 14 Area Sales Manager Avon cosmetics

Working as an Area Sales Manager for Avon cosmetics as previously mentioned. Building a Sales leader team and looking after a large team of sales reps, making sure all orders are placed on time and working to all sales KPIs.

Working with a luxury organic self tan and skin treatment company. My role as a business development manager over the Northwest, Yorkshire and the Midlands. Developing new business and helping existing salons and spas grow. I have opened 60 new accounts in the last 7 months and have worked at several events including V festival and X factor.

I manage the Debenhams and Boots accounts in the area. Arranging promotion staff and training in store. I am responsible for all sales, training and every aspect of the business.
