• Licensed and experienced Civil Engineer (Reg No, 23939) with engagement in cement manufacturing

plants in field of engineering, project management, sales and marketing, project safety.

• Modernization and conversion to coal fired plant and property/facilities maintenance of Rizal

Cement in Binangonan, Rizal beginning 1981 to

1989; Property and facilities maintenance.

• Handled and lead various expansion projects of the Phinma cement manufacturing plants, heading the

construction group.

• Handled execution/erection up to commissioning

of expansion projects of cement plant in Bulacan

(Formerly Hi Cement Corporation under the

Phinma Group) in 1989-1992, Solid Cement

Corporation (now under the Cemex group) 1992-

• Lead the construction management and value

engineering of the Phinma Group Training Center

• Lead a Capex and Project Engineering, a team of

Capital Expense projects.

• Participated in the preparation of cement plants master/development plans for a 5 year

roll/program with the end result of securing

approval of project budget and execution.

• Planning and development of Alternative Fuel and Raw Materials (AFR) as a new business unit and

address rising costs on use of traditional fuels (coal, bunker oil), secure approval from the Department

of Environment and Natural Resource –

Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB),

plan and erect infrastructure to support the AFR

initiatives. Secure and develop AFR refuse/waste

materials to be transformed and used as

alternative fuels and/or raw materials.

• Develop group wide Design Safety Construction

Quality Program (DSCQP) within cement plant

teams to perform structural integrity audits.

Execute measures to preserve, maintain, repair
