Implementation of management health & safety policies, site safety rules, regular safety inspections, conducting training and safety meetings.
Adhering to the work permit systems and monitoring the working conditions.
Providing safe access/egress to the employees at all work sites.
Develop and present safety-training modules, includes safe lifting operations, hot works and confined space activities.
To check condition of PPEs at regular intervals.
Participating in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA); conducting inspection of Cranes, Hoists, Elevators, Excavators, Forklift & Scaffoldings, Electrical Equipment’s, Electrical Distribution Boards, Substations and cable laying, and Working at height methodology .
To develop a method to motivate staff and labors to be encouraged by following safety rules.
Provided administration, Counseling and guidance, for the workers to corporate.
Co-ordinate with Safety Engineer regarding the implementation of plant related safety matters in the organization.
Managing fire extinguisher program, ensure regular inspections, maintaining good housekeeping etc.
Management of work place safety, Safety induction, barricades, sign boards, P.P.E, etc.
Implementation of Management Safety Policies such as participation in preparation of risk assessment, monitoring and consultation with the workers.
Give safety presentation with the objective to enhance the Health, safety and Environment awareness of all workers.
Conducting Safety Training/ Tool Box Talks at regular basis.
Responsible for ensuring safety during the construction of buildings & successfully completed the following projects in safest manner.
