Monitoring and Inspection the E-I construction as per-drawing such as Cable tray, Pulling cable, Fire and Gas system, Public announcement, Earthing & Grounding System, Lighting, LV/MV Transformer, Switch Gear Panel, Distribution Panel, Reactors, Network and Telecom system, HVAC Panel control.

Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/ or electrical measurements.

Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.

Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.

Review Electrical/Instrument ITP and drawing

Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.

Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures

Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists

Generate the Inspection Report and highlight for any non-compliance cases.

Responsibility for total understanding and execution the activity in charge.

Communicate with the sub-contractors to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements

Witnessing cable pulling, laying routing, bending radius, spacing between instrument cable, power cable (low voltage, medium voltage, high voltage) tie wrapping, physical damaged, and cable identification, tagging, marking, numbering, continuity testing / meggering of cable drums on receipt, post-installation testing of heat
