DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
To coordinate with QHSE Manager and department heads to identify the hazards in
their activities and products.
Prepare Project HSE Plan, Risk Assessment, Incidents/Accidents reports, and other
HSE related documents.
Conduct daily lab inspection and prepare inspection reports
To improve the housekeeping in the organization
Can conduct the Daily Tool Box meetings periodically and assist supervisors/
foreman to conduct tool box meetings prior to starting the job.
Equipment’s inspections, to ensure that safety equipment and facilities are in best
working order prior to use.
Keep all safety records (Tool Box Meetings, Competent personnel list and certificates,
Third party certificates)
Assure work permits are in place prior to start of work in Permit To Work (PTW) or
Restricted areas
Attending safety meetings with management and clients to promote safety.
Preparing work related safety signage
To established near miss handling and incident reporting system
To maintain the first aid boxes with all required medicines
To display the safety instruction where required
To explain all staff how to report the near misses and incident
Responsible for maintaining the Waste management system and keeping records.
