Structural Repair Manual
The scope of the project is to aid in creating Structural Repair Manuals(SRM) for new aircrafts and update SRM for existing manuals from Design and stress perpective. The different aircrafts include Single Aisle and Long range series of Airbus. Creating repair exclusion region for fuselage sections based on allowable damage limits achieved from static and fatigue analysis with respect to Airbus methods and process. Creating of new applicability zoning templates(AZT) or updating existing AZT's based on new repair mods or introduction of new weight variants using Catia Cadam Drafting
(CCD) and Catia.
SRM harmonization for long range aircrafts A330 series and A340 series for remote structural components(RSC) such as doors.

Assessment of non-conformances encountered during production operations at Airbus operations from a design perspective and to provide solutions in accordance with Assembly constraints, manufacturing feasibility, Repairability and life cycle of aircraft. Design, manufacturing and repair knowledge in Composite and Metallic Air-frame Knowledge on Wing drawings and associated parts and their installation procedure. Perform peer reviews for design solution provided by engineers. Generation of drawing pack containing drawing information of all components, higher assemblies with associated calculations considering material specifications and fitting of components.
Design of additional structures based on requirements using CAD tools like Auto CAD and CATIAand provide appropriate procedures for manufacturing and installation of additional components.
In times of need, played the role of shift lead and managed work load by prioritizing and distributing the work among team members and communicated with customer. Sound knowledge in Airbus configurations, standard processes, Technical Documentation, methods and procedures, EASA regulations and experience on Repairability Manual provided to the airliners.
