I have a 3 years working experience Chennai Radha engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. as a assistant engineer at ADANI POWER RAJASTHAN Ltd. KAWAI from 1-july 2016 to 30 June 2019. (660*2 MW)

Responsibilities:

At PTPS:

Operation & maintenance of coal handling plant, Marshalling yard maintenance, railway operation, Wagon tippler, stacker cum reclaimer, crusher (ring granulator), travelling tipper and heavy machinery with the plant capacity 770 TPH.

Responsible and co-ordinate to all department of coal handling plant.

Manage the site related issues and satisfy the client & requirements.

Submission of RA bills and co-ordination with accounts deptt. Of PTPS HPGCL.

At APRL:

I was working as an Assistant manager in Chennai Radha Engineering works Pvt. Ltd. At Adani Power Rajasthan Ltd kawai Rajasthan.

Operation of coal handling plant and its equipments such as conveyors wagon tippler, track hopper with paddle feeder, stacker cum reclaimer, Ring granulator, coal sampler unit, travelling tippler for bunkering with the capacity of 2400 TPH.

Execution of yard management and reduce the losses in coal quality & quantity of coal.

Increase the belt load factor and reduce the down time.

Maintain the 5S in the site.

Execution of all CHP related documents such as a coal feeding details, Belt load factor, equipment Availability, CHP availability, coal stock management, Rake unloading TAT.

At JSW JAIGARH PORT:

Operation and maintenance of coal handling plant, Stacker cum Reclaimer, Ship Unloader, Conveyors and Earth mover’s equipments.

Execution of single stream conveyor that stacking and reclaiming capacity 4,400 TPH and 2,400 TPH respectively.

Reduce the power consumption, increase the belt utilization, increase the system availability and minimize the down time.

Good knowledge in execution of ship unloading sequence, Auto sequence conveyor belt, coal yard management, staking and reclaiming plan without affecting energy bunkering.

Execution of shift’s manpower such as a stacker cum reclaimer operators, ship unloaders operators, conveyor operators, housekeeping, yard supervisor, earth mover’s equipments operators and desk engineer.

Carrying out works abiding all safety procedures and involving works related to safety health environment department and submission of safety documents such as 5S, Hazard identification & rectification, Near miss, Safety audit reports.

Manage the site and satisfy the client requirements.

Have observed how to work a power plant and it all equipment. Understanding and helping for Resolution of various Breakdown problems.
