The TAPI Project aims to export up to 33 billion cubic meters of natural gas annually for 30 year period through a 1615 km pipeline from Turkmenistan to Afghanistan, Pakistan and India. The implementation of the TAPI Project is divided into three main phases: a) Natural gas source development;
b) Turkmenistan portion of the TAPI Project; and
c) Afghanistan and Pakistan portion of the TAPI Project The PMC support TPCL in managing the TAPI Project in Pakistan in a highly professional and diligent manner with the objective of safely delivering the TAPI Project in Pakistan, as an overall integrated system.
Responsibilities of Project Manager included:
- Develop the Execution Plan, covering all aspects of PMC Services. The plan defines the PMC's strategy for the execution of the Services through the IPMT and comprise of its plans and the details of all necessary resources to achieve this strategy.

ADNOC Distribution is implementing a Natural Gas Distribution Network in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi(to build, own, operate and maintain a natural gas distribution network), as well as implementing strategy to distribute natural gas as an alternative fuel for vehicles by building the infrastructure of CNG filling stations across the UAE, starting with Abu Dhabi.
PMC role and services provided by Wood cover following areas:
