My responsibility was to analysis chemically, physically through micro analysis and control the quality of the product

Maintaining and recording for all the chemical analysis, physical analysis, sample of Raw material analysis, sample of finished goods products analysis Na,Cl,Mg,K,HCO3,CO3,SO4,Total Hardness & Total Alkalinity, etc.,) Analysis of tank to control the pH scale and TDS.

Improve the quality of the product and Reducing the customer complains.

Doing the CIP of the REVERSE OSMOSIS membrane

Checking the Raw materials which are the using for

manufacturing operation. As ( chemicals, PET-Perform, Label,Cartons, Closure, Shrink film, Stretch film, Glues, Aluminum foil, Pet-sheet, Pet-Resin etc.,) according to our specification.

Mineral dosing and control the product quality as per company standard

Receiving raw materials as per specification ( Check COA,Food grade Certificates, Specially in PET sheet & Resin must be check AA level & Intensive Viscosity )

Conduct MRM meeting

Conduct Internal Training for all employee as per annual plan.

Maintain Health card list & renewal of OHC card awareness training program for new employee
