• Modular Oil Refinery (1000, 2000 and 6000 BPD) to produce Naphtha (straight Run Gasoline), Diesel No.2 and Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) for Kurdistan, IRAQ.

• Industrial wastewater treatment Unit for U.S. Steel Corporation in Fairless Hill, PA. Lead and provide a process design package which include screening, oxidation and reduction of heavy metals, degreasing, neutralization, DAF and filtration

• Natural Gas and LPG Installation Project for The FerVID Group, Angola

• Erbil / Kurdstan GAS PROCESSING FACILITY– Provided process description and consequence modeling of PSV releases to atmosphere. Performed heat and material balances to estimate flue gas concentrations, flow rates and temperatures using component lower heating values from the literature.

• Erbil / Kurdstan LNG FACILITY – Provided process engineering design package for LNG facilities will be constructed in Erbil, Kurdstan. Experience design / Developed PFD s and P & IDs for LNG facility. Sized equipment and estimated costs.

Utilized my knowledge and experience with research and development to scale up units / equipment and issue basic design packages (PFD, P&ID, M&EB, equipment specs, control philosophy, HAZOP, FTA, etc). I modified and improved specific equipment in addition to lead and manages many projects as well. I was working with the Environmental Solution and Applied Research (ESAR) Department, most of our projects start from an idea or innovation applied in the lab then scaled up to pilot unit to verify the product and finally applied in the industrial scale. My last job is Lead all Process Engineering design activities for The Rig of The Future project. I have been involved in different projects for example:

• Project Manager and Engineering Leader for the Pneumatic Transport of Micronized Weight Material Project. Develop the grinding process of Barite (BaSO4) as well as develop the micronized barite to make it pneumatically conveying in any oil facility infrastructure.

• Engineering leader for the High Shear High Pressure of Oil Base Mud Mixing Project

• Leading the scale up process design of Tar / Oil Sand Cleaning process

• Leading the process design for an Ultra Violet Water Disinfection unit for SLB. Treating the frac. water by passing it to different filter elements then through mid. power UV unit.

• Leading the scale up and the commissioning of the oil reclaim project in Thailand.

• Project Manager and Lead Engineer for Calculation Tools for Agitator (CTFA) project for use in MI SWACO web site to help the mud engineers, sales engineers and customers select M&V agitators for mud mixing applications

• Design the Induced Flotation Unit for the produced water treatment operations in EPCOLA, Colombia. The center duties included designing and issuing Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Equipment Design and Layout, Power Consumption, Rotary Machine specs, Pipe Sizing, Hydraulic Profile and construction of sanitary, and industrial, water / wastewater treatment units. • Missan / Iraq refinery wastewater treatment (10000BBD); process include screening, API separator, biological treatment and sand filter, the center provides all the process engineering design, detail engineering, fabrication and commissioning.

• Municipal wastewater treatment project for 5000 cap (housing complex) using Zeneth –ESS process.

• Modify and expand the wastewater treatment unit for Basrah / Iraq Refinery.

• Design and Install a pilot unit for primary, secondary and advanced wastewater treatment at Most Baghdad / Iraq to apply all required modifications or R&D for new design units of for units already in service.
