Northeast Georgia Physicians Group
Dear Sir/Ms.,
My name is Kay Hillyard, and I am writing you concerning the Front Desk Receptionist you have currently.
For over 30 years I have managed a large and very fast paced showroom at AmericasMart in downtown Atlanta. I have been the first impression of the company and an ambassador. This included opening and closing the showroom daily, managing employees, preparing for 4 large trade shows a year, handling payroll, ordering supplies and following thru on the invoice payments, and during the 2 larger shows, ordering catering for several hundred people. My dedication, hard work, and integrity resulted in my being with my last employer for over 29 years. I have strong organizational skills, detail oriented while multitasking and prioritizing at the same time. I can be a team player as well as work well independently. I enjoy helping other departments with tasks and duties when needed. I have excellent customer service when answering inbound customer queries. I have a service oriented management style.
I am proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and part of my responsibilities were interfacing with IT at corporate to trouble shoot issues as well as keeping technology in the showroom up to date.
One of my strengths is in interacting with vendors and customers. I took care of customers that came into the showroom on a day to day basis, and assisted sales reps with scheduling appointments during shows. I had an excellent relationship with sales reps and their customers. I would often send eblasts to the local customers that I had a rapore with and have built lifetime relationships. I had a good relationship with Property management when I had to call Building Services.
My bachelor’s degree is in Merchandising, with a minor in marketing, and I have excellent references. I hope you will strongly consider me for the opportunity you have available, and I would enjoy discussing it with you further.
Please review my attached resume and feel free to contact me at any time.
Regards,
Kay Hillyard
