My experience includes managing crews of up to 250 in capital projects, new construction and a variety of other construction/demolition projects. Sr Craft Development Manager - Zachry

Corporate Headquarters – San Antonio, Tx

January 2018 to Present

(Dual Role while replacement was being sourced from January – April 2018)

Provide direction and coaching to a 26-member team.

Responsible for budget forecasting for Craft development department ($3-6Mil/yr.)

Provide technical leadership to department.

Lead and facilitate continuous method improvement and development.

Lead, facilitate, and participate in RCA for San Antonio Developmental Center (SADC)

and Plant issues.

Responsible for content of craft development coursework.

Responsible for technical direction of SOPs and Policies.

Liaison between Projects and Operations for the development of the craft.

Responsible for scheduling of SADC Staff.

Responsible for purchasing and procurement of material’s, PPE and consumables.

Maintain Master Service Agreements (MSA) statuses for all vendors.

Responsible for the development of new methods and improvements to existing methods.
