Adult Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner Acton Medical Associates March 2019 – June 2020

Adult internal medicine nurse practitioner at the physician owned and operated private practice of Acton Medial Associates, LLC. Provide medical care for adult patients 18+ in urgent care, primary care or wellness, and transitions between hospitalization and home. Perform routine physical exams for adults of all ages, informing the community on metabolic and cancer screening recommendations. Working with staff physicians to create comprehensive care plans for the chronically and acutely ill. Active member of the in-house Respiratory-Illness-Clinic during the COVID-19 pandemic preforming tent testing and caring for the those afflicted by SARS-CoV-2 from March – June 2020. Family Nurse Practitioner Harbor Care Health & Wellness Center September 2018 – February 2019

Lead Registered Nurse Nashua Primary Care July 2014 – September 2018

Registered nurse at a PCMH-certified outpatient adult internal medicine practice serving over 4,000 patients and four providers.
