Received a Diploma in the Business side of the program.

Work Experience:

May 2009 to current – Baker and Sous Chef, Susan Kiss Corporate Catering, Calgary, Alberta. Responsible for all baking for the customers including hot and cold desserts and any requested breakfast items. Perform food preparation including salads and various meat. Responsible for the delivery of prepared food to customers.

February 2009 to February 2019 – Prep and Line Cook, Boston Pizza, Calgary, Alberta. Responsible for the preparation and cooking of food using the guidelines provided by Boston Pizza Corporate.

2001 to February 2009 – Manager of three Subway stores, Calgary, Alberta. Responsible for staff scheduling and training, food ordering and inventory, opening and closing of individual stores and food preparation and sales along with other staff members in the stores.

1985 to 2001 – I worked in a variety of jobs in Calgary, Alberta in field of Computer Technology. The details are available if required but have nothing to do with the food industry.
