In-Charge for correctness of works covering civil, structural & architectural disciplines including design and constructability review in the construction of manufacturing plant. The plant has a combination of the following features, 3-storey Process Building, 4-storey Blending Tower, 2-storey Administration Building including transformer, generator and switchgear, spare parts room, and workshop, 1-storey warehouse, pulp storage, and Central Utilities Building which comprises of Water Tank, Boiler Room, Fire Pump Room, Deionized Water Room, Chemical Tanks Room, Dosing, Mixing and Sludge Room; Waste Water Treatment Plant; lastly, Spray Dryer Section. The Building Gross Floor Area (GFA) itself measures more than 22, 000 square meters whilst total land area is more than 6 hectares; Project cost is approximately 100 million U.S. Dollars. Interact with consultant/designers and vendor when there are discrepancies found with respect to design. Review and approved contractor construction execution plans, work scopes, schedules and manpower loading, construction work plans, field installation work packages, QC programs, Inspection and Test Plans, materials submittal, shop drawing and as-built drawings. Verify construction progress and scope changes to the Construction Manager and Project Manager and Project Controls. Coordinate with different company department heads such as MEP, Electrical, Process, QA/QC, HSE, Commercial, and Administration. Supervise contractor activities for the timely completion of associated minor works on well location such as concreting works, lined waste and water pits, environmental protection, generator pads, flare lines, vent and flare pits, and temporary fences.
