In-Charge for correctness of works covering civil, structural & architectural disciplines including design and constructability review in the construction of manufacturing plant. The plant has a combination of the following features, 3-storey Process Building, 4-storey Blending Tower, 2-storey Administration Building including transformer, generator and switchgear, spare parts room, and workshop, 1-storey warehouse, pulp storage, and Central Utilities Building which comprises of Water Tank, Boiler Room, Fire Pump Room, Deionized Water Room, Chemical Tanks Room, Dosing, Mixing and Sludge Room; Waste Water Treatment Plant; lastly, Spray Dryer Section. The Building Gross Floor Area (GFA) itself measures more than 22, 000 square meters whilst total land area is more than 6 hectares; Project cost is approximately 100 million U.S. Dollars.
