Directed and led system-wide services and activities related to acceptance, retention, placement, tracking, and invoicing of students referred through the Workforce Innovations and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Trade Adjustment Act (TAA) programs throughout the Lone Star College System (LSCS) campuses;
Fiscally responsible for all expenditures on the Scholarship recipient’s; oversaw and monitored the application of grant funds for student expenses and coordinated the follow-up billing of these expenses to the referring agency in addition to monitoring the operating budget for the department.
Served as the central point of contact for multiple agencies and developed coordinated systems for customers in partnership with the referring agencies personnel.
