Program Management: Over 30 years experience in various program management positions. Served three times as an Army Board Select Project Manager. Recognized by the Secretary of the Army as Project Manager of the Year. Worked in all aspects of the acquisition lifecycle; research and development, production, integration and testing, fielding, integrated logistics support, Post Production Software Sustainment (PPSS) and Post Deployment Software Sustainment. Worked in such diverse fields as business information technology networks, enterprise services, tactical networks, tactical communications, and intelligence sensors. Provided the operational oversight of program management execution including budget/schedule/technical/risk management, policy & procedure establishment/compliance, profit & loss, and business development. Oversaw a variety of professional services contracts including cyber security/information assurance, software development, post production/deployment software sustainment, intelligence research & development, fixed and rotary-wing aircraft modifications, intelligence, surveillance & reconnaissance (ISR) field operations, system obsolescence engineering & support, laser research & development, and next generation environmental controls, etc.

Served as the Department of the Army Board Select Project Manager leading a workforce of +400 military, civilian and contractor personnel executing +$800M per year. Acquired, integrated and installed the enterprise information technology infrastructure to deliver synchronized, seamless information technology network and communications capabilities that enabled common user enterprise, security and application services for the Army’s Generating and Operating forces.
