Monitor/control construction through administrative direction with on–site superintendent(s) ensuring project is built according to contractual obligations, schedule and budget. Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
Review, prepare, track, complete, coordinate, correct, transmit and distribute: job progress schedule, material and equipment purchasing, submittals, RCO’s, change orders to owners and subcontractors including back charges, issues/clarification log, RFI’s, payment applications to owner and subcontractors, meeting notes and agenda
Lead and direct the work of others, apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance
Possess superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence) skills
